Texas Sheet Cake
Combine
in saucepan:
1-cup
oleo
1 cup
water
2
squares of unsweetened chocolate or 4 tablespoons of cocoa
Bring
to boil and pour into mixing bowl.
Mix
with following:
2
cups flour
2
cups sugar
1-teaspoon
baking soda
½
teaspoon salt
½ cup
sour cream
Grease
large cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
Frosting
Mix:
Make
frosting while cake is baking
Boil:
½ cup
oleo
6
tablespoons milk
2
squares unsweetened chocolate.
Pour
into mixing bowl and add:
1
pound or 1 box of powdered sugar
1
teaspoon of vanilla
Mix
until creamy.
Spread
over cake while it’s still warm.
