Stuffed Celery and Black Olives

bunch celery
1 can
pitted large black olives
1 can
crab meat (Alaskan or King)
1
8-ounce package cream cheese
3
tablespoons mayonnaise
Garlic
powder to taste
Dash
of lemon juice
Combine
softened cream cheese, garlic, and mayonnaise. Beat with mixer until smooth and
creamy. Add drained crabmeat and fold into cream cheese mixture. Sample to see
if you would like to add more garlic powder or salt. Wash celery and cut into 3
or 4 inch long pieces. Drain olives well. Spread crab mix into celery slices
and stuff mixture into black olives.
