Potato Casserole

 

1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash browns

1 (12 ounce) package grated American cheese (or any shredded yellow cheese)

1 small onion chopped

1 (8 to 12 ounce) carton sour cream

1-teaspoon salt

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 cups crushed corn flakes

 

Mix above ingredients except corn flakes. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle 2 cups corn flakes across top. Pour ½ cup melted butter over cereal. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes.
