Pig Pickin Cake

 

1 box yellow butter cake mix

1 small can undrained mandarin oranges

4 eggs

½ cup vegetable oil

Mix dry cake mix with oranges, eggs and oil. Bake in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan for 325 degrees, 30 to 40 minutes. Cool.

 

Frosting:

1 large can crushed pineapple

1 small box vanilla instant pudding

1 8-ounce cool whip

 

Mix drained pineapple with dry pudding and mix together. Fold in cool whip. Spread on cake. Refrigerate.
