Nabisco Torte

pound of Nabisco’s

eggs
1-cup
nutmeats
1
pint whipping cream
1 cup
powdered sugar
¼ cup
butter
1
large can of crushed pineapple, drained
Pinch
of salt and vanilla to taste
Separate
eggs and beat the whites. Cream sugar and butter add the salt and vanilla and
yolks, and then fold in beaten egg whites. This mixture has a funny appearance.
Roll out the Nabisco finely. Line pan with a layer of Nabisco, a layer of egg
mixture, a layer of pineapple, a layer of nuts, a layer of whipped cream and a
layer of Nabisco. If you have enough start over again. Put in refrigerator to
chill. Can be made a day ahead.
