Fried fish
Good for cod, Sole and Flounder. Debone and fillet fish into strips. Place some cornmeal and a little flour and salt in a paper sack. Break 1 to 2 eggs into bowl; add 3 to 4 tablespoons of milk and garlic powder to taste. Mix well with fork until well blended. Dip washed fish strips into egg mixture and coat well. Place into sack with cornmeal and flour mixture. Shake until well coated. Place in hot cooking oil and fry until fish flakes easily with fork.
