Cheese Cake
2 large cans evaporated milk (very cold)

packages large cream cheese (soft)

cups sugar
1-tablespoon
vanilla

tablespoon lemon juice

packages lemon jello (or 1 large)

cups hot water
Beat
milk until stiff. Set aside. Mix other ingredients and blend together. Put in
to graham cracker crust (in 9x13 pan).

Cracker Crust:

small graham crackers crushed

tablespoons sugar

tablespoons melted butter or margarine
Mix
and spread in pan. You can either sprinkle the cheesecake with reserved crust,
or spread with cherry pie filling.
