Carrot Bread

 

Mix in order given:

1-cup sugar

2/3 cup Mazola corn oil

2 beaten eggs

 

Sift together and add:

1-teaspoon baking powder

1-teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 ½ cup flour

 

Add:

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup grated carrots or 1 large jar of junior baby food carrots

 

Bake:

45 minutes at 350 degrees in a greased loaf pan
