Banana Bread
¾ cup
margarine
1 ½ cup
sugar
4
eggs
4
bananas mashed
2 cups flour
1 ½ teaspoon
baking soda
1 ½ teaspoon
salt
1 ½ teaspoon
vanilla
¾ cup
nuts (optional)
Preheat
oven to 350 degrees.
Grease
2 8x4x2 inch loaf pans.
Cream
margarine and sugar add eggs and bananas.
Sift
together flour, soda and salt.
Add
sifted ingredients, mixing well.
Mix
in vanilla and nuts.
Pour
into pans.
Bake
60 to 75 minutes.
Cool
10 minutes; remove from pans.
