Baked Northwest Salmon
1 or more fresh or frozen salmon fillets
1 to
2 cans tomato sauce (enough to coat fish)
Several
bacon strips
1
large onion
Garlic
salt and salt to taste
Lay
fillet in bottom of cake pan. Sprinkle with salt and garlic salt. Cover
generously with strip of bacon and diced onion. Pour tomato sauce generously
over fish and bacon strips to cover completely. Cover pan with foil and bake at
350 degrees until fish flakes with fork. About 30 to 40 minutes.
