Baked Chop Suey
1-pound Chop Suey meat (cubed beef and pork)
1 14-ounce
can of Chop Suey vegetables
1 14-ounce
can of bean sprouts
1 can
chicken broth
1 can
celery soup
3
tablespoons soy sauce
1-cup
raw rice
1-diced
onion
Salt
& pepper to taste
Brown
meat with diced onion. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in Dutch oven in 350-degree
oven for 2 hours. Stir frequently.
